Orders are shipped using UPS.

NOTE – Orders are processed Monday – Friday. Orders are processed and then shipped within 2 business days of being placed. Orders that are placed after 6 pm EST are processed the following business day. Expedited shipping times are based on when the order is processed, and are not based on the date the order was placed online.

Our shipping and handling charges are based on the subtotal of the order and the shipping method selected. Promotions and or other offers can sometimes reduce or eliminate the shipping charges, however additional handling charges may still apply depending on the products ordered.

Orders that include Bulky and Wide width products, or large quantity orders may incur additional shipping & handling fees per order. Customer service would contact the customer directly for any issue regarding shipping & handling charges prior to processing an order. Orders that meet some of the above criteria would not qualify for free shipping and customer service will quote these additional charges separately based on the order. We work very hard with UPS to be able to offer competitive shipping rates on all products in an effort to save our customers money.

* Items & Orders In-Eligible for Free Shipping include the following:

  • Commercial or Business Orders
  • Area Rugs, including rugs sizes of 5’ x 8’ and larger
  • Fabric Orders – Cut Yardage over 6 yards in overall length
  • Large orders of bedding including bed pillows and Comforter Sets
  • Curtain Rods, Blinds, Cellular Shades, Roman Shades, or any product wider than 60” in width
  • Extremely Large Orders or Orders with Oversize Items may not be able to be shipped via an Expedited Shipping Method – In these cases, we would contact the customer to explain revised shipping options and determine the best way to ship the order that is most cost-effective for the customer.

High-Value Orders

We take our customer’s credit card security very seriously. All high-value orders require complete contact information, including Cardholder Purchaser’s Full Name, Shipping Address, telephone number, and email address (mail relays are not accepted) to contact the customer. Orders that do not meet these criteria may be considered fraudulent and will be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund, or merchandise credit within 30 days of receiving an order.

In order to receive a full refund, exchange, or merchandise credit, all merchandise being returned must be unassembled, unused, and in original packaging. Items must include all original packaging, package inserts and/or labels, and law tags (if applicable) must remain attached to the product. Product with damaged or missing packaging, or that is not saleable, will not be eligible for a refund.

Select items are unable to be returned. They include:

  • Pillow Protectors
  • Bed Pillows
  • Mattress Pads
  • Mattress Covers
  • Final Clearance Items
  • Fabric by the Yard (NO RETURNS when under 10 Yards, 25% restocking fee over 10 yards)

Included with each order is a packing slip that includes your order detail. Please refer to this paperwork when returning or exchanging item(s).

Once the return is processed you will receive an email regarding the refund to your original form of payment. Note – shipping charges are non-refundable.


Return by Mail for Refunds / Exchanges

  1. Be sure you follow our above Return Policy.
  2. Using the same packaging we shipped the product to you in, package everything up.
  3. Ship via the carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS, Etc.) to:

  4. If you want a different size or color, please place a new order for what you need.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Shipment

  1. Keep all boxes, cartons, and packages.
  2. Email [email protected] any images of the damaged product(s) or carton(s) and please note your Order # in the email.
  3. Customer service will respond quickly – note that our customer service is M-F from 9:30 am – 5:00 pm.
  4. We will try to rectify the situation with replacement product(s) and will instruct you what will occur with the damaged item(s)
